The RP Hardware Range

Our high quality, reliable and game changing hardware range is all manufactured in-house at Rigging Projects HQ.

Deck and mast hardware, engineered in Southampton

Rigging Projects designs and manufactures blocks, cars, tracks, clutches and furling gear for sailing yachts - from cruising boats to grand prix race programmes. Every fitting is machined in-house at our Totton workshop and published with full specifications: maximum working load, break load, maximum line and sheave diameters, and weight.

Browse by category below, or search by name or RP part number if you already know the part you need. Technical drawings, 3D models and fitting manuals are available to download from every product page.

Made in-house, tested before it ships

Every RP fitting is designed, machined and assembled at our facility in Totton, Southampton. We work in marine-grade aluminium, stainless steel and composite bearings, with load ratings proven by physical testing rather than calculation alone.

That means the working load on the spec sheet is a figure you can rig to. And if a part needs modifying for your boat, the people who made it are the people you'll speak to.

Ask us about a part

Not sure which fitting suits your rig, or need a size we don't list? Tell us about the boat and what you're trying to solve. Prefer a phone call? Include your number and a member of the team will get back to you.
