Locking Headboard Car

The mainstay of our hardware offering, our Locking Headboard Cars, are represented on yachts from 50' to over 200'. They integrate will all standard tracks including bolt rope tracks. Automatic self-locking, semi-automatic and manual trip line versions are available.

Key Design Features

• Unique self-lock mechanism on the automatic model.
• Aluminium carriage with independent titanium locking cartridge for easy servicing.
• Pawls work together, no master or slave, and both are rated to full MWL for extra redundency in the car.
• Impossible to false lock on fastener holes.
• Safety system to allow triggers to be disengaged independently from the trip line.
• External or internal trip line can be used with unique activator box, on the semi-automatic model.
